Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using any FFCC tool, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Description of service

FFCC provides AI-powered financial guidance tools for UK freelancers, including a tax deduction finder, VAT threshold forecaster, profit calculator, late-payment calculator, and pension optimiser. All outputs are generated by Claude AI (Anthropic) and are for informational purposes only.

3. Not financial or legal advice

FFCC is not a regulated financial adviser, accountant, or solicitor. All outputs are for guidance only and do not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. You should verify all results with a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

4. Account and eligibility

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
• One account per person. We reserve the right to terminate duplicate accounts.

5. Plans and billing

• Free plan: provided without charge, subject to query limits.
• Starter (£7/mo) and Pro (£12/mo) plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• No refunds are provided for partial months, except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
• Use FFCC to provide advice to third parties for commercial gain without our consent.
• Input content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or intended to manipulate AI outputs.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or plan restrictions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FFCC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including financial losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated outputs. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.

8. Intellectual property

AI-generated outputs created from your inputs are yours to use. The FFCC platform, brand, and system prompts remain our intellectual property. You grant us a licence to process your inputs for the purpose of delivering the service.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice. On termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email.
