Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Freelancer Finance Command Centre ("FFCC", "we", "us") is a financial intelligence platform for UK freelancers. Our registered contact email is hello@ffcc.co.uk.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — name, email address, hashed password (managed by Supabase Auth).
• Tool inputs — financial figures you enter into our tools (profession, revenue, expenses, etc.).
• Tool outputs — AI-generated responses saved to your dashboard (Starter/Pro only).
• Billing data — Stripe customer ID and subscription status. We never store card details.
• Usage data — query counts, session timestamps, PostHog analytics events.

3. How we use your data

• To provide, operate, and improve FFCC tools.
• To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe.
• To enforce usage rate limits by plan.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset) via Resend.
• To analyse aggregate usage patterns and improve the product (PostHog, anonymised).

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored in Supabase Postgres, hosted on AWS in the EU (Ireland). All tables use Row-Level Security (RLS) — only you can query your own data. Connections are TLS-encrypted in transit. Backups are retained for 7 days.

Tool inputs are sent to the Anthropic API (claude-sonnet-4-6) to generate your results. Anthropic processes this data in accordance with their Privacy Policy. We do not send identifiable personal information (name, email) to Anthropic.

6. Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data. To exercise any right, email hello@ffcc.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. This permanently deletes all stored tool results.

7. Cookies

We use a session cookie set by Supabase Auth to keep you logged in. PostHog may set analytics cookies. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
